By accessing our website, Instagram page, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

02. Scope of Services

Interior design consultation; space planning and 2D/3D designs; residential and commercial interior execution; vendor coordination and site supervision. Exact scope will be defined in the proposal or agreement.

03. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate site details and requirements; approve designs, drawings, and materials in writing; ensure timely payments per schedule; and provide uninterrupted site access for execution.

04. Payments & Pricing

All prices are in INR; advance payment is required to begin work; applicable taxes extra; delayed payments may result in suspension of work

05. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, and concepts created by Sketch & Bytes Interior Designs remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

06. Project Timelines

Timelines are indicative and may change due to client‑requested changes, site conditions, material availability, or force majeure. Delays beyond our control shall not attract penalties.

07. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; delays caused by third‑party vendors; or structural/civil issues outside interior scope. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for our services.

08. Third‑Party Vendors

Vendors/suppliers may be recommended; warranties and workmanship are subject to vendor terms unless otherwise specified in writing.

09. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non‑refundable

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Laws of India apply, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana

11. Amendments

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
